SHIPPING

We offer Free Shipping on orders over 150. Estimated timeframe to package and ship an order under the Free Shipping rates vary and are all stated differently in item description. This is our Standard shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE: Most items are handmade and/or made to order and may need additional processing time. This is usually noted on the item's product page. Additionally, some products may be sold as a pre-order in which case estimated shipping times may vary, sometimes as long as 4-8 weeks from date of purchase. Please note specific shipping estimates on individual product pages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship International! $20 flat fee to most countries. Simply select "International Shipping" at checkout. Note: we are not responsible for any additional fees once shipped, including but not limited to VAT, Customs Charges, Regional Sales Tax, etc.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

At this time we no longer offer cash refunds due to the influx of fradulent orders. We do however offer free exchanges, store credit, and swapping out for like products on all sales unless otherwise noted on specific products. Some sale items, including closeout stock, is final sale only.

Exchanges may be made within 5 days of receiving an order, subject to availability and receipt of the purchased item in original condition. We will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
